Sakon offers a ServiceNow scoped app that exposes all Sakon functionality to ServiceNow allowing customers to experience the full richness of the Sakon platform while leveraging the ServiceNow platform that they are already using. The scoped app can be downloaded from the ServiceNow App Store into the customer ServiceNow instance and establishes a direct connection in the Sakon database to enable the seamless bi-directional transfer of data. The integration populates the device catalogue based on the contract with the carrier, populates the ServiceNow CMDB and retrieves requests for processing and status. This drastically decreases deployment time, increases user satisfaction and ensures ongoing systems integrations.
