Clients can use the Sakon self service portal to indicate upcoming international travel. The system will capture trip information such as travel dates and countries to be visited. Based on this information, an appropriate mobile travel plan will be selected and sent to the vendor for adding to the employee's account, for the duration of travel.

As an option, Sakon can also accept a feed from the client's travel system to help automate this activity.

We also can receive roaming alerts from the carrier or the MDM to take action within the plan month when unexpected roaming is found.

Roaming is another big source of bill shock. Our innovative travel feed brings automation to the process of adding and removing international roaming plans.
