End-users and Admins alike can utilize the Sakon Mobile Self-Service tool to initiate requests related to managing their mobile devices and services.   Examples of requests that can be initiated are Changing mobile plans and features, requesting an international feature, disconnecting service, suspending service and transfer liablity (corporate to personal and personal to corporate).  See Mobile Transactions Tab for complete list.
