If a user of the application has privileges, they can order on behalf of other users. They have the option of using the elibliyt level of the person they are ordering for or using their own elibility level. Also, if the user has privileges, they will have the option to impersonate. Impersonation allows one user to impersonate another user. This will allow view on behalf of another person to enable access to that user's data, configuration and actions.
