Sakon Mobile assigns each line to an entry from the customer's HR file, tying services to the user's location, department and cost center. HR information is updated daily.

By tying the services and devices to a record in the HR file, we ensure that active services are assigned to active employees, and that if employees change roles, that their costs and inventory follow them to their new role. We review active services assigned to inactive employees as part of our monthly optimization process.
